Intro

opsZero's preferred mechanism to go-to-market is through partnerships. And the vehicle to deliver value to customer is joint ventures. We believe that building ventures is a repeatable process built upon the strengths of the partners.

We have created a process as documented below that we use to design, build and scale ventures. A venture is defined as a product, service or end-to-end solution that is built to solve a specific problem for a specific customer segment.

This process is semi-automated with a focus on standardization and solid DevOps practices. Further, we believe that this process does not require the need for specialized sales or marketing skills. Instead, we deliver results through a focus on execution using India labor, automation, and AI.

The primary method we use for ventures is a fast follower strategy with a focus on low cost. The result of this is that we can build ventures at a fraction of the cost of traditional ventures.
